The Enemies Of God In The Church
That which bears the name of God isn’t always God’s friend. Those who bear the name of Christ aren’t presumably pro-Christ these days. It seems astonishing that such statements would have to be made, but there they are in all of their shocking reality. Today there are many foxes in the hen house both ecclesiastically and governmentally.
But the fact is that IMPOSTERS have emerged in the church throughout history. No, they do not even slightly think of themselves as CHRIS’S ENEMIES, but rather, they view themselves as enlightened Christ worshippers and followers. Such as the Catholic POPES teaching the reliance upon indulgences, upon the merits of the saints, and not solely upon Christ! Hear it:
“THE ENEMIES OF CHRIST RUN THROUGHOUT ALL PROFESSIONS,
THOUGH NOT IN THE SAME DRESS.”
How many times I have asked people whether they considered themselves Christians, and time and time again I have received the response, “I am Catholic.” Strange, for I asked them about Christ, and they told me they were Catholics. Why? Because they have been taught, and they believe it, that the church saves them, not Christ alone. The entire Papal System has been the enemy of Christ for centuries, though the popes pretend to be the extension of Christ Whom they crucify over and over again in the mass. What a mess!
Hear it:
“HERE IS A VAST GLOBAL CHURCH THAT ALLOWS SALVATION TO NONE
OUTSIDE IT, NOR WARNS OF DAMNATION TO ANYONE INSIDE IT.”
All of this prompted Martin Luther to say:
“WHEREVER GOD BUILDS HIS CHURCH, THE DEVIL BUILDS A CHAPEL.”

ENEMIES OF GOD IN SOCIETY
Oh indeed, the anti-God, anti-Christ spirits have been let loose in our society and government and education as in no other time in the history of the United States and the world. They are bold and brazen and furious, and that is because of what we read in Revelation 12:12,
“Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to
the earth, HAVING GREAT WRATH, KNOWING THAT HE HAS
ONLY A SHORT TIME.”
There the Holy Spirit is talking about the DEVIL’S FURIOUS ATTACK AGAINST THE ENTIRE INHABITED EARTH. What makes him so furious against mankind?
First of all, because MAN HAS BEEN CREATED IN THE IMAGE OF GOD, and he wants to destroy eternally everything and everyone who reminds him of God! While God so loves the world, Satan so hates the world. While the nature of love is to save, the nature of hate is to destroy. While God loves to the end, Satan hates to the end. We can correctly say:
“GOD IS LOVE AND SATAN IS HATE.”
Second, Satan especially hates Christians! Why? Jesus tells us in John 16:30,
“Satan is the prince – ruler of this world.”
And Christians are going into Satan’s kingdom and rescuing people out of the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of the Son of God’s love. If you will, they are ripping off and carrying away his slaves to freedom in Christ.
Why else do we read what we do in Luke 8:12, namely,
“…then the devil comes and takes away the Word from their hearts,
so that they may not be saved.”
Never forget:
“WHILE GOD WANTS EVERYONE TO BE SAVED, THE DEVIL WANTS
EVERYONE TO BE DAMNED.”
Luke 8:12 speaks powerfully of the great light and energy of the preached Word of God. The preaching of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ is the most awful sound in the ears of the devil, for it is the power of God unto salvation. He feverously works at silencing the true Gospel of Jesus Christ, and today he is doing a devilishly effective work in this regard.

Some time ago, the USA Today newspaper told of Charles Golden, a gentleman 50 years old, a native of Greensville, Tennessee. Apparently his dog ate his left big toe and the two adjoining toes while he was asleep.
What? How’s that again? The gentleman is a diabetic and the night before, he had consumed alcohol and apparently was in an alcohol-induced state of unconsciousness. They x-rayed the dog and it showed that the dog had done exactly that. What is even more bizarre, the dog was a dachshund not known for being human-flesh eaters.
You say, “How horrible!” That is an understatement! But when you have become spiritually dull and asleep, do you realize that the devil can eat away your faith in Jesus Christ? You may not have much faith in Christ except for occasional Sunday religious awakenings. You may not even know much about Jesus Christ. But when you are neutralized, when you go to sleep spiritually, WHEN YOU ARE NOT AWARE, SATAN CAN STEAL THE LITTLE YOU DO BELIEVE.

FRIENDS OF SIN – FRIENDS OF GOD
An EASY BELIEVISM has inundated the church scene in the 21st century. The APOSTATE CHURCH is feeding people’s hopes without having to change their lives. A FOOL’S PARADISE! Not only are the church masses being assured of Heaven, but they are led to believe that it is easy to get there.
In short:
“PEOPLE ARE BEING TOLD THAT THEY CAN SAVE THEIR SOULS,
AND THEIR SINS TOO.”
But the Bible truth is this:
“A MAN WHO DIES IN HIS SINS WILL DIE AND GO
TO HELL FOR HIS SINS.”
But that is no longer being preached. The impression that is being created is that we can be friends of sin and friends of God too. If you will, we no longer have to be the enemies of sin to be the friends of God. We don’t have to turn from adultery, fornication, divorce, homosexuality to be on good terms with God. In fact, those things aren’t even looked upon as sins anymore by many major denominations. They tell us that we are no longer under law but under grace.
The grand and glorious purpose of the Cross of Jesus Christ is that we can PUT OFF THE OLD MAN OF SIN (Ephesians 4:22), and PUT ON THE NEW MAN IN CHRIST. (Ephesians 4:24). If you will, that because of what Jesus Christ has done on Calvary and the empty tomb, we can be CONFORMED TO THE IMAGE OF GOD’S SON (Romans 8:29). But now people are being led to believe this:
“THAT THEY CAN LOOK AND SEE THE FACE OF CHRIST REFLECTED FROM
THEIR FACE IN A MUD PUDDLE.”
How did we get to this point? Simply because the modern church is promoting the following:
“LIFE CAN ONLY BE AT ITS BEST FOR MAN BY NOT KNOWING
THE WORST ABOUT HIMSELF.”
We are being told that we should go light on sin, and not browbeat people with sin-conviction and guilt. Man has enough problems in this world without having to get beat up every Sunday morning by those sin and hell-fire preachers. If you will:
“SO THAT MAN CAN WALK IN A FALSE BUT HAPPY LIGHT, HE IS BEING
LEFT IN THE DARK ABOUT THAT WHICH WILL IN FACT DESTROY
HIM IN THIS WORLD, AND DAMN HIM IN THE NEXT.”

When Jack Nicklaus was at the height of his golf game, and number one in golf, he took off nearly a month to correct something in his game. He couldn’t correct it! He did not know what it was. But he went back to his coach who had taught him golf, and his coach by watching him discovered and told him what was wrong with his game. His entire game was straightened out. Jack Nicklaus went on to win more major tournaments than any golfer in history.
Greg Norman laid off from the PGA Golf Tour for over 2 months. His golf game had been running amuck, so he went back to his coach to find what was wrong with his game. Greg figured that he could not correct the problem himself, so he went to the one who understood him the best, the one who understood his movements and his strokes, the one who understood him psychologically and emotionally. The coach found the wrong and Greg then corrected it, and went on to a stellar career.
The point being:
“WE WILL NEVER BECOME WHAT GOD WANTS US TO BE, UNTIL WE ARE
SICK AND TIRED OF WHAT WE ARE.”
We read I John 1:8-9,
“If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves
and the truth is not in us.”
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us
our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
God not only forgives sins, but he removes them from our lives. He forgives the dirt and then cleanses it out of us. Only the blood of Jesus Christ can do both!
Then it goes on in I John 1:10,
“If we say that we have not sinned, we make God a liar,
and His Word is not in us.”
By pooh-poohing sin in our own and other people’s lives, we are calling God a big fat liar, and we are totally devoid of His Word of truth. If that isn’t being the enemies of God, then I don’t know what being the true friends of God really is.
Hear the word of Jesus in John 15:14,
“You are my friends, if you do what I command you.”

GOD SENDS HIS ENEMIES A STRONG DELUSION
Something incredible is going on in the modern church. Just when you are able to catch your breath, you are punched in the gut in a whole new way. It is difficult to catch your breath these days both outside and inside the church.
The United States Supreme Court recently ruled that the Hobby Lobby Corporation does not have to pay for employee’s abortion drugs and coverage under Obamacare. A huge victory indeed for Biblical values in a society in which victory for Judeo-Christian morality is harder and harder to come by. There was finally a reason to celebrate in the Moral Minority.
Not so fast! We are now running into great opposition not only in government from the likes of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Senator Patty Murray, but in and from the “Christian Church.” What? Yes, you heard me right! There is a sick and sickening backlash from within the ranks of “Modern Christianity” in opposition to the pro-Hobby Lobby Supreme Court decision. So-called Christians who stand with Reid and Murray and their ilk, and believe the Hobby Lobby Supreme Court Decision should be reversed! Yes I know, those who stand strong for the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, when they see and read this, by now have eyes as big as headlights! And well they should!
What are these anti-Hobby Lobby “Christians” saying? Namely this, that it is wrong for the Supreme Court to give Bible-based businesses preferential treatment in America because of the separation of church and state. (Once again this is nothing more or less than the raping of the First Amendment.) For they argue that, by the same token, Islam in America should also then be exempt from judicial statutes when they interfere with Sharia Law.
In short:
“THE CONTENTION OF THESE PROFESSING CHRISTIAN PASTORS, PROFESSORS,
AND PARISHIONERS IS THAT NO BIBLICAL JUDEO-CHRISTIAN MANDATES
SHOULD EVER BE ENFORCED IN AMERICAN SOCIETY.”
It makes no difference to them that we read in Proverbs 13:34,
“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace
to any people.”
God is talking about any nation, any people. God’s righteousness is not intended just for the church, but for every nation and people on the face of the earth throughout all time. This notion that God must be confined to the church – don’t fall for it, it is a lie from the pit of Hell. Without His laws, every nation and every people will become the disgrace amd sewer of the earth. America by shutting God and His laws out, has become a disgrace and stench among the other already stinking nations.
These “Christian Enemies of God” are the same “Christians” who elected Barack Obama, who stand up for abortion and homosexuality as Obama does, and who agree with the banning of prayer and the Ten Commandments from public schools. As a matter of fact, they view abortion and homosexuality as minor, insignificant issues in the total scheme of things. They embrace evolution and reject the Genesis account of creation. Anytime true Christians seek to establish righteousness in the land, these ENEMIES OF GOD in the church turn purple and swoop down on the scene like starving condors. The ENEMIES OF GOD ARE IN THE MODERN CHURCH exerting boldly their anti-God belief system wherever they can. MIND YOU:
“THERE ARE PREACHERS – PROFESSORS – PARISNONERS WHO TODAY ARE GRIEVED
THAT RIGHTEOUSNESS HAS FINALLY BEEN EXALTED IN THE NATION.”
Listen:
“THEY ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT PROTECTING THE RIGHTS OF AMERICANS
TO SIN, THAN THEY ARE ABOUT PROTECTING THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF
THE GOD OF THE WHOLE EARTH.”
Hear it:
“HOBBY LOBBY IS THE FRIEND OF GOD, WHILE THOSE WHO LOBBY
AGAINST HOBBY LOBBY ARE THE ENEMIES OF GOD.”

There is a strong and very disconcerting Scripture that talks about those WHO DO NOT LOVE THE TRUTH. God says about them in II Thessalonians 2:10-12,
“…because they do not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved.”
“And for this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so
that they might believe what is false,”
“in order that they may be judged who do not believe the truth, but
took pleasure in wickedness.”
Listen:
“‘WELL THEN,’ SAYS THE LORD, ‘SO YOU OPPOSE MY TRUTH! I WILL
PUNISH YOUR LOVE OF UNTRUTH WITH A SPIRIT OF MORE
UNTRUTH IN YOUR MINDS AND HEARTS.’”
This is what is happening indeed! There is no other way to even begin to grasp how these so-called “FELLOW BELIEVERS” can stand there face to face with you and multiply untruth upon untruth through their very teeth, believing that they are speaking the truth. There is a SPIRIT OF DELUSION upon them which is impossible to penetrate.
I am reminded of like Scriptures as in Romans 1:24,
“Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness.”
And Romans 1:26,
“For this reason God gave them up to vile affections.”
If you will:
“EVEN AS GOD MAY MAKE A SPIRIT OF MORE UNTRUTH THE PUNISHMENT
FOR BELIEF OF UNTRUTH, SO HE CAN AND DOES MAKE MORE
SIN THE PUNISHMENT FOR SIN.”
Always remembering:
“IT IS ONE THING FOR GOD TO GIVE A MAN OVER TO MORE UNTRUTH AND
SIN, WHICH HE TELLS US HE DOES; AND QUITE ANOTHER FOR GOD TO
CAUSE A MAN TO SIN OR DISBELIEVE THE TRUTH, WHICH HE
NEVER DOES.”

Hear this:
“EVERY ERROR AND UNTRUTH IS BY ITS VERY NATURE DESTRUCTIVE, AND
LEADS TO MORE UNTRUTH AND DESTRUCTION.”
As in the human body, there is hardly any virus or disease, but by the malignity of its very nature, and the worsening of its state, does not impact and even ruin other parts of the body. Cancer for example, if not caught and blasted early on, metastasizes to the demolition of the entire being.
So too in the soul of man, there is no untruth that infects it, and is allowed to continue, but that it will progress and spread its disease into the mind and conscience of man. It will then fester and fester into a kind of spiritual and moral gangrene, and finally it will kill.
It often begins with the embracing of a fundamental untruth, and then as that falsehood takes root in the mind, it trains the mind to belief of greater falsehoods. It can begin in a secular classroom with the implanting of SUSPICIONS AND DOUBTS, and then to the embracing OF FALSE PROPOSTIONS. It very quickly can go from DANGEROUS to DESTRUCTIVE.
If you will:
“WHEN IT COMES TO EMBRACING OF UNTRUTH, IT STARTS WITH THE
GOING DOWN OF THE SUN OF TRUTH – THEN TO THE DUSK OF
EVENING – THEN TO THE DARKENSS OF MIDNIGHT.”
Much of the church today is already in the DUSK OF UNTRUTH, while America in many ways is already now in the MIDNIGHT OF UNTRUTH.
Hell is a deep place, and there are many steps of descent to the bottom of it. Hell is UTTER DARKNESS – OUTER DARKNESS according to Matthew 8:12 and many other Scriptures. The way of untruth and lies and falsehood is the way down into it.
ILLUSTRATION
We live in an era in which the United States education system is DUMBING DOWN. You will find that the top 50 colleges and universities – both public and private – have all but eliminated mathematics from a required discipline. It used to be that 82% required mathematics. Now it is only 12%.
Now, most public schools have adopted a philosophy of education called COMMON CORE, which espouses the journey of education but not the destination. In other words, it is not all-important that the student arrives at the correct conclusion of a mathematics problem. What is important is what he or she has learned in the process, even though they came to the wrong conclusion. EFFORT is more important than CORRECTNESS.
This is a calculated scheme of the MARXISTS in this current government take-over for not only the DUMBING DOWN OF AMERICA, BUT FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA.
In the state of Tennessee, more than 50% of all high school graduates who enter states universities and colleges have to take remedial courses on reading, writing, and mathematics. More than half of California’s high school graduates have to take remedial training – non-credit courses – when they get to college. We are now as a nation graduating from high school young men and women who cannot read and write and divide, AND WE ARE SPENDING MORE MONEY TO DO IT.

But the most grievous commentary is the DUMBING DOWN OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH by the TAMPERING WITH AND THE DOWNRIGHT DENIAL OF SCRIPTURE. More than that, THERE IS AN EPIDEMIC IGNORANCE OF SCRIPTURE, and no strong BIBLICAL-DOCTRINAL CONSTRUCT IN BELIEVERS ANY LONGER!
The Bible helps those who help themselves! Do you agree with that statement? Most religious folks believe that that statement is in the Bible. At no time or place does the Bible even come close to saying that God helps those who help themselves. This, by the way, is not at all what the Bible teaches either.
A huge percentage of religious folks today agree with the statement that the devil or Satan is not a living being – but is a symbol of evil. So God lies.
The DUMBING DOWN of the CHRISTIAN FAITH! Massive ignorance of what the Bible says. No wonder:
-There is enormous adding to Scripture.
-There is enormous subtracting from Scripture.
-There is acceptance of sins which are no longer sins.
-There is putting riches before righteousness.
-There is putting the material above the spiritual.
God be praised for those godly parents today:
-Who strongly pass on to their children the love of God.
-Who strongly pass on to their children the love of the truth of God’s Word.
-Who strongly pass on to their children the Ten Commandments of God.
-Who strongly pass on to their children the sanctity of life.
-Who strongly pass on to their children God’s holy design of heterosexuality.
-Who strongly pass on to thier chidlren the miracle of God’s six-day creation.
-Who strongly pass on to their children faith that works.
-Who strongly pass on to their children the faith they have received from the nail-pierced hands of Jesus Christ.
-Who strongly pass on to their children the spirit of Joshua:
“EVERY PROMISE GOD HAS MADE – WE HAVE SEEN IT FULFILLED IN
OUR LIVES – AND WE GIVE THOSE PROMISES TO YOU.”
-Who strongly pass on to their children the infilling of the Holy Spirit.
These are the FRIENDS OF GOD. This is the heritage that the poorest man on earth can give to his children with eternal confidence and with the deepest depths of Christ’s love. If we don’t pass this inheritance of truth on to our children, the enemies of God in government and church will turn the nation and the church into a SPIRITUAL AND MORAL DESERT PLANET without any life forms of righteousness. Amen!
