Of God and Kings
INTRODUCTION
We have come through the election season of November 🍁2020 for President, Senators, and Representatives of the United States of America. Or should I say that by the grace of God 🔵 we somehow made it through.
It was far more than a season called THE AUTUMN OF ELECTION! It was an ugly 😡 and deadly 💀 time of UNCIVIL WAR!
Cities being set on fire across America. Businesses being burned, robbed, and destroyed 💥. Citizens being beat up on the streets and fleeing for their lives 🚸. National leaders being harassed and threatened on their way to their cars 🚗. Police 👮 being murdered as they try to set up barricades 🚧 to control rioting mobs 😵😵😵😵😵.
America the beautiful!
No doubt many of those whose cars 🚘 were burned, and businesses 🏤 destroyed, were decent and even God fearing people. I prayed for them, that while the devil burned them down out of hate, God would use it to draw them up to His love in Christ.
And in it all I must admit to having my Jeremiah and David moments! The Prophet 👳asks God in Jeremiah 12:1,
“WHEREFORE DOTH THE WAY OF THE WICKED PROSPER?”
And King 👑 David stumbled over the same stone in Psalm 73:2-3 when he admits,
“MY FOOT HAD WELL NIGH SLIPPED.”
Many of the Democrats of the House of Representatives for 4 years incited people to demean and decry 😝 to their faces supporters of President Donald Trump.
Candidate Joe Biden 😈threatened to take the President 🎩behind a barn and beat the livin’ daylights out of him!
I could no longer recognize America as the land of the free 🗽and the home of the brave 👮. It didn’t appear to be or feel like my homeland any more.
I had to repeat the words of Nehemiah uttered also in a time of national destruction and despair and rebuilding. I’ve had to ask with him in Nehemiah 6:11,
“SHALL A MAN SUCH AS I FLEE?”
OF course not 🚫! His question was one of spiritual fortitude and noble resolve, and I had to make it mine!
I must admit that I entertained the words of Christ to His disciples when He said such things as,
“BEWARE OF MEN 🗿,”
and,
“FLEE 🏃 FROM ONE CITY TO ANOTHER!”

OF JACKASSES 🐐 AND ELEPHANTS 🐘
One of the most crucial if not critical 🆘 national elections of all time! It could not be overstated 🔊! History ♓ will prove it to be so, and is already doing so!
The JACKASS 🐐 DEMOCRATS and the ELEPHANT 🐘 REPUBLICANS once again engaged in animal zoolistic 🐊🐗🐆 politics.
Except for the first time in my life, I saw politicians and their supporters actually descend to BEASTIAL LEVELS OF NATURE 🐵 AND BEHAVIOR 🐯!
I confess a level of uneasiness and even a twinge of FEAR. I reminded myself of Job’s words in Job 3:25,
“THE EVIL THAT I FEARED IS COME UPON ME.”
What Job was saying is that fear 😱 is such a loser! In fact a two way loser,
“IT MAKES THAT WHICH WE FEAR 😱 PRESENT BEFORE IT EVEN ARRIVES, AND WHEN IT ARRIVES, YOU REALIZE IT 😱 DID NOTHING TO PREVENT ITS ARRIVAL! ”
In terms of being animalistic, the JACKASS 🐐 won. As it turned out, the Jackass’ bite and kick were more injurious than the Elephant’s 🐘 trunk, tusks, and massive feet. Nothing as stubborn and mean as a wild Jackass 🐐!
It is significant that when God 🔵 punished King 👑 Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon for thinking he was god, God 🔵 sent him to live with the JACKASSES 🐐🐐🐐 in the wild! An appropriate icon for the Democratic party today!
The JACKASS 🐐 KICKED PRESIDENT TRUMP FOR FOUR YEARS WITH LIES, DIRTY POLITICS, AND VICIOUS HATRED UNTIL THEY TORE WITH INFECTED TEETH♒ HIS PRESIDENCY TO DEATH! ELECTION DAY WAS NOT AN ELECTION DAY, IT WAS A FINAL ASSASSINATION DAY!
NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO IMPEACH ❎ HIM FOR A SECOND TIME POST MORTEM! It didn’t work again! The Senate rightly trashed both attempts! They will continue to hang him in EFFIGIE for the rest of their miserable lives.
I have no doubt that while they may withdraw for a moment, their animal instincts will rise again. They will try to remove Brett Kavanaugh from the Supreme Court. They will forego like wolves 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶 this TRUMP DINNER, and in their fast triple their wolflike appetites for supper!
We can state without exaggeration, that President Trump, like Christ in the wilderness, while he talked to God in prayer 🙏🙎, yet he lived in the midst of wolves!!!
And so we move on, and for most people it will all be absorbed into their silent, forgotten history ♓. The lessons 📋 learned for many will be few if any.

ELECTION DAY – GOING TO WAR
Many did not vote! Their excuse is that they were too busy, and they just didn’t have the time. Or that their 1 vote means nothing amongst millions!
So they are absent from the voting booth 📵 every election year. That includes the churched ⛪ and the unchurched 🏄!
The fact is that voting prayerfully and intelligently is an ESSENTIAL PART OF BEING CITIZENS IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD🔵!
King Jesus’ army! Soldiers of the cross! To be citizens in his Kingdom automatically enlists us in His army! When we go into the voting booth, we stare all of the forces of Hell 🔥 in the face! We then are on the front lines, and it is hand to hand combat with the dark spirits 🌑.
All of us believers will be princes and princesses in God’s 🔵 Kingdom forever! We shall reign with the King of kings and the Lord of lords eternally! We shall receive our coronation in Heaven. We read in Revelation 2:10,
“BE THOU FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH, AND I WILL GIVE UNTO THEE THE CROWN 👑 OF LIFE.”
You mean little bitty me? He has entrusted His Kingdom to me? You forget that 12 poor fisherman were the ones to whom Jesus entrusted the world. Yes I know, it is as if God assembles a few beggars to make up His parliament!
We read in Psalm 24:1,
“THE EARTH 🌐 IS THE LORD’S AND THE FULLNESS 🌍 THEREOF!”
It is GOD’S SPHERE SOVEREIGNTY, BRINGING GOD’S ULTIMATE AUTHORITY TO BEAR UPON EVERY AREA OF LIFE! We do that by voting as citizens of the Kingdom 👑 of God 🔵.
Voting is one huge way that we can and must fulfill our Lord’s mandate in Matthew 6:33,
“SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD 🔵AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, AND ALL THESE THINGS SHALL BE ADDED INTO YOU!”
Know it or not, but Election Day always comes down to Satan’s 😈Kingdom or God’s 🔵 Kingdom in the nation!
That is why we pledge allegiance to the Flag with the words,
“ONE NATION UNDER GOD.”
Election Day is a day of spiritual and moral warfare unlike any other day on the calendar! Either we will be under God’s 🔵authority, or we will be under Satan’s 😈 authority.
Election Days are a battle between God’s children 💆and Satan’s children 👯, between the Holy Spirit ⚪ and the Unholy Spirit⚫, between God’s angels 👼 and Satan’s demons 👹!
Hell 🔥 is never busier than it is during election warfare! Those once glorious spirits, the fallen angels, they fell without the possibility of recovery! They were once the GLISTENING SONS🎆 OF THE MORNING 🎇, AND BEAUTIFUL REPRESENTATIONS OF THE GLORY OF GOD 🔵🌟! Now they are imprisoned under perpetual night🌑, never to return to their former luster 🌅.
We read about them in Jude 6,
“THEY ARE RESERVED UNDER EVERLASTING CHAINS 🔗 OF DARKNESS🌑, UNTO THE JUDGMENT OF THE GREAT DAY.”
They are reserved for darkness 🌑, but they are not reserves on Satan’s team! They are HEADLINERS ON HELL’S VARSITY 👹👹👹👹! They will cause all hell to break lose during election time to make godly voters scared 😨😨😨 😨 to vote!
Prophecies were given by God’s prophets 👳 that riots would break out in the cities 🌁 long before the election! They did! The powers of darkness 🌑 slipping into depraved minds set America on fire 🔥. Distractions if not deterrents to stay away from voting.
The DARK ANGELS tell slick lies to the vulnerable about every spiritual and moral issue! LGBTQ 👬 was spawned in Hell before the dark spirits took it to Hollywood and to the streets!
Listen,
“IT IS SICKENING 😣 TO SEE AMERICA’S CITIZENS AND GOVERNMENT DELIVERED OVER TO LIES, AND IT IS HEART BREAKING 💔 TO SEE THEM BELIEVE THE LIES.”
Election Days are not first of all about booths 📓, but about battalions 💂; not first of all about political parties 🅿 ®, but about persistent prayer 🙏; not first of all about human rights 👭, but about Divinely 🔵defined right and wrong; not first all about politicians 👴, but about principalities and powers 👹👺!

GOOD AND BAD KINGS – THE STATISTICS ARE STAGGERING
It is daunting how much can be done or not done in one day that dramatically impacts not only a nation, but the entire world 🌎.
Did you vote on ELECTION DAY? Or is that day BLANK ⚫ ON YOUR RECORD? DID YOU TAKE THE TIME ⏰ TO VOTE?
How often I have heard the comment that one vote doesn’t make that much difference! In other words, it is not that important. Oh if people only knew what is at stake 👼👹!
ILLUSTRATION
When Israel 🔯 and Judah 🔯 were a divided ➗ nation for over 200 years, there were 33 ROTTEN KINGS 🌑 AND 5 RIGHTEOUS KINGS 🌕! Yes, that is a fact, 33 BAD KINGS AND 5 GOOD KINGS!
Did you ever hear of,
“GOOD KING 👑 HEZEKIAH 🌞?”
He was on the short list of 5! Their reign often consisted of cleaning up the rotten kings messes 📧, including everything from idolatry to immorality to murder.
It was the rhythm of the “KING EXCHANGE!” IDOLS UP 👍, IDOLS DOWN👎! God would send heathen armies against them to punish them! Another King would rise up and tear down the idol shrines, and call them back to the worship of Jehovah God 🔵!
SUCH was GOOD KING HEZEKIAH who was now dying 🗿 of sickness. He cried out to the Lord to heal him and give him more life! God responded to this righteous king with a 15 year extension 🌕. Presidents at most serve 8 years. God not only punishes evil kings, He rewards good kings.
Did you ever hear of,
“WICKED KING👑 AHAB 🌑?”
He was on the long list of 33! His wife’s name was Jezebel🌑. They were the BONNIE AND CLYDE of the Old Testament. King Ahab worshipped the idol BAAL! JEZEBEL killed the prophets of God Who preached against their idolatry! A REAL sweet 💏 couple!
And of these evil kings we read over and over again,
“AND HE DID EVIL IN THE SIGHT OF THE LORD!”
The percentages of having Godly 🔵 leaders in this sin-filled 🌑 world are staggeringly bleak!
For Israel and Judah mind you, God’s covenant people,
“OF THE 38 KINGS, 13% WERE GOOD KINGS, 87% WERE BAD KINGS.”
More like a REGAL MAFIA! The majority of kings then were more like the mafia godfather today.

FIRST of all,
“WICKED KINGS ARE ALWAYS WEAK KINGS.”
We read in Ezekiel 16:30,
“SINCE THOU DOEST THESE THINGS, HOW WEAK IS THY HEART.”
A wicked leader cannot make a strong stand for anything right, but always becomes mush 👝 in the presence of righteousness! He will always align himself with unrighteousness. He is spiritually and morally WEAK HEARTED 💗!
Hear it:
“WICKED KINGS 🌑 ARE WEAK KINGS, AND WILL ALWAYS MAKE DECISIONS THAT WEAKEN 📎 THE EMPIRE.”
ILLUSTRATION
King David writes in Psalm 122:7,
“PEACE BE WITHIN THY WALLS 📶, AND PROSPERITY WITHIN THY BULWARKS 🎒.”
FACT:
“THERE WAS PEACE AND PROSPERITY BECAUSE THERE WERE WALLS AND BULWARKS. ”
A wall is a STANDING ARMY! It is a CONTINUAL DEFENSE WITHOUT THE HELP AND BLOOD OF DEFENDERS!
Nowhere in the world 🌎 is there a more dangerous and vulnerable border than America’s southern border. ILLEGAL ALIENS, CRIMINALS, DRUG RUNNERS, TERRORISTS pour into the country!
A righteous king will build a wall 📶against the invaders. A wicked king will stop ✊ and/or tear down the wall and leave the citizens wide open to harm.
Here is a tell tale list of characteristics of wicked weak kings.
WICKED/WEAK KINGS:
1. Will let the military ✈🚁 deteriorate.
2. Will lower moral standards 📉 at every level.
3. Will give billions of dollars 💰 to rival and hostile nations.
4. Will leave the borders open to invasion and infestation 💉.
5. Will break promises and vows made 💔.
6. Will mock people of faith ⛪.
7. Will seek peace at any price💲.
8. Will take the path of least resistance 🐎!
9. Will threaten the freedom of religion🎍.
10. Will state the equality of all religions 🎴 and all gods 🀄!
SECOND,
“WICKED KINGS 👑 WILL ALWAYS EXCLUDE GOD 🔵 FROM THEIR GOVERNMENT?”
John Calvin in His commentary on the Book of Daniel in Daniel 5:21, goes so far as to say,
“IT IS COMMON FOR ALL KINGS TO JOSTLE GOD 🔵 OUT OF THEIR GOVERNMENT!”
John Calvin, the great reformer 👳, goes on to explain how,
“Kings are surrounded by guards 💂, empowered by riches 💲💲💲, and able to harness great armies 🔫 🔫🔫 at their beck and call, and then they take the RIGHTS AND AUTHORITY OF GOD TO THEMSELVES!”
Then with their god complex, they become their own DEFENDERS AND PRESERVERS. They don’t entreat 🙏God, they retreat 🏃🏃🏃🏃 from Him! They don’t kneel before God, because they don’t need God.
The nation follows them, because people always reflect their leaders! The next thing we know is that coaches and teams are not allowed to kneel in prayer on the football 🏈 field after the game. To wear JESUS T-SHIRTS in the classroom creates a city council emergency 🚩 meeting!
How did that happen? Listen:
“THE GOD 🔵 WHO IS JOSTLED OUT OF GOVERNMENT, WILL BE THE GOD 🔵 WHO IS JOSTLED OUT OF SOCIETY.”
And then,
“THE GOVERNMENT THAT OMITS ⚫ GOD, WILL BE THE NATION THAT OPPOSES 🆚 GOD!”
That is where America has come! Everything that God stands for ➕, America stands against ➖, and everything that God stands against ➖, America stands for ➕!
God created a boy 👦 and America says that he 👦 can be a she 🙎! God created a girl 🙎, and America says that she 🙎can be a he 👦! God created woman for the man 💑, and America says that the woman 🙎 was made for a woman 🙎.
All the way down the line:
“AMERICA IS NOW AT CROSS PURPOSES WITH GOD.”
We read read in Isaiah 14:27,
“FOR THE LORD ALMIGHTY HAS PURPOSED 👰👨, AND WHO CAN THRAWT 👻 HIM? HIS HAND IS STRETCHED OUT 👉👉👉👉, AND WHO CAN TURN IT BACK 👈?”
Then Isaiah 30:27 says,
“THE NAME OF THE LORD COMETH FROM AFAR, HIS ANGER BURNING WITH HIM.”
He has come, and a fire has devoured before Him!

OF BLOT OUTS AND BLANKS
Not to vote ♐ is more than just a missed opportunity, it is a SIN OF OMISSION 👎! All my life I have met those who did not vote and had not one twinge of conscience 😐.
Did you vote, and who did you vote for! If you voted democrat, you voted for the party that is totally at cross purposes 🌑 with God 🔵! That is a sin of COMISSION!
It is awesome that God blots out all our sins of commission and omission through the blood 🔴of Jesus!
We read in Isaiah 23:45 God🔵 saying,
“I, YES I, AM HE WHO BLOTS OUT YOUR TRANSGRESSIONS, AND REMEMBER YOUR SINS NO MORE.”
Just so you know that it is “I” Who does this! “I, YES I.” The Lord is saying, “IT IS REALLY ME!” He affirms Himself in this capacity three times – I 🔵- YES I 🔵- AM HE 🔵.
It is almost as if He is saying, “I KNOW YOU DOUBT THAT I AM THAT KIND OF GOD. BUT IT IS ME, IT IS WHO I REALLY AM. I WILL REALLY DO THAT FOR YOU!”
BLOT OUT 🔴 means to make our sins NON-EXISTENT, and to NOT REMEMBER 🅾 means to TOTALLY FORGET OUR SINS!” God 🔵 the most gracious BLOTTER AND FORGETTOR!
To good to be true? That is why the GOSPEL MEANS GOOD NEWS 😀!

But there is far more to the Christian life than BLOT OUTS! If that is all, then all we are left with is BLANKS. ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜!
Christian living does not END IN BLANKS ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜! It does not END IN NEGATIVES ⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔! A BLANK IS A NOTHING ⚪, A NEGATIVE ⬜, AN EMPTINESS🔲, A ZERO⚫, A NADA 😱! The Christian life on earth ends in pluses ➕➕➕➕.
ILLUSTRATION
Are you into gardening 🌹🌿🌺🌳🌼? If you are, you know that the GARDENER’S HANDS AND HOE MUST BE CONTINUALLY BUSY! Why? WEEDS! Otherwise the garden will be overrun. With what? Weeds 🌱🌱🌱🌱!
So the gardener clears his 👖or her 👒 garden of weeds. There it is, cleaned and tidy!
Job half done! Why? No one in their right mind 👴 BLOTS OUT, CLEARS THE GARDEN OF WEEDS AS AN END IN ITSELF! That is better known as a BLANK – EMPTY – PIECE OF GROUND! Plus in itself, all the weed removal is totally worthless work ❎!
Hear👂it:
“ALL WEEDING IS FOR PLANTING OF FLOWERS 💐, FRUITS 🍓, AND VEGETABLES 🍅.”
Likewise Jesus said of true Christians,
“THAT THEY ARE KNOWN BY THE PRESENCE OF FRUITS 🍉, NOT BY THE ABSENCE OF WEEDS 🍀!”
True, if the weeds 🍃🍃🍃 are not uprooted from the Christian’s life, they will over spread his entire being, and the fruits will not grow but be choked out and killed!
Every man 🚹 and woman 🚺 has evil habits (weeds) that have over time OVERGROWN and ENTANGLED THEMSELVES in the deepest part of their souls. Sins deeply rooted and not easily pulled out!
We must come against them hard with the Word of God 📃, and in prayer 🙏 ask the Lord to uproot them! But only so our hearts can be planted with the seeds of the fruits of the Holy Spirit. Otherwise we will appear before the Lord filled with blanks!
An empty voting booth is BLANK ⚪ ON OUR RECORD! A VOTING BOOTH OF COUNTER PURPOSES TO GOD IS BLACK ⚫ ON OUR RECORD! GOD WILL FORGIVE US ONLY IF WE CONFESS OUR SINS TO HIM. AMEN!
