President Barach Obama recently spoke to the Turkish Parliament of vastly predominant Muslim members some very disturbing and dangerous words! The exact quote reads:

"WE DO NOT CONSIDER OURSELVES A CHRISTIAN NATION OR A JEWISH

  NATION OR A MUSLIM NATION. WE CONSIDER OURSELVES A NATION OF

CITIZENS WHO ARE BOUND BY IDEALS AND A SET OF VALUES."

It was an echo of an earlier speech he made in 2007 when he stated:

"WHATEVER WE ONCE WERE, WE'RE NO LONGER A CHRISTIAN NATION.

AT LEAST NOT JUST. WE ARE ALSO A JEWISH NATION, A MUSLIM

NATION, A BUDDHIST NATION, A HINDU NATION AND A

NATION OF UNBELIEVERS."

FALSIFYING AMERICAN-CHRISTIAN HISTORY

Modernity's children in general have very little if any sense of history. Barach Obama apparently is at the head their graduation class! He may have graduated from Occidental College and Columbia University before graduating from Harvard, but in American History he is a flop and drop out. When he opens his mouth about American History, the debris that comes out of him not only creates more confusion than clarity, and sweeps away historic Christian landmarks that have defined America as a Christian nation from her very birth.

For him to make the statement, "Whatever we once were," illustrates his ignorance of America's roots and foundations. His "whatever" reminds me of the inane use of that word in today's "Whatever Dullness." You know what I mean! You press people today on the issues and corner them with spiritual and moral clarity and preciseness, and they answer with that dumb look on their faces and say, "Whatever." 
  

Barach Obama's "Whatever we once were" is nothing more than ignorant babbling. We must call and write  to the White House and cause him to stop this lying and misrepresentation (this article is going to the White House). We must lead him to the landmark which was built at sea before the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth, called "The Mayflower Compact" which in part reads:

"IN YE NAME OF GOD, AMEN…HAVEVING UNDERTAKEN, FOR YE GLORY OF GOD, AND YE

ADVANCEMENTE OF YE CHRISTIAN FAITH…A VOYAGE TO PLANT YE FIRST

COLONIE IN YE FIRST NORTHERNE PARTS OF VIRGINIA…."

Here is another American landmark penned and spoken at sea! John Winthrop, the first Governor of the Massachusetts Colony, on the way over the Atlantic Ocean, wrote and spoke the following words to his fellow voyagers:

"WE ARE A COMPANY OF FELLOWS IN CHRIST, CALLED TO DO MORE SERVICE TO THE

LORD. WE ARE A COMPANY IN CHRIST ALL KNIT TOGETHER BY BONDS OF LOVE...

LET US CHOOSE LIFE, AND JESUS IS OUR LIFE AND PROSPERITY."

Whatever we once were? Barach, go to the corner of the your American History classroom, sit down and put on the dunce hat. Thinking of these early Christian landmarks in American history, I quote from my book Is God With America? and page 20:

"IT IS REASONABLE THEREFORE, THAT THIS WOULD LEAD TO A ‘DECLARATION OF

INDEPENDENCE' WHICH IS ROOTED IN THE CHRISTIAN BIBLE; TO A NATIONAL

COINAGE THAT EXPRESSED TRUST IN GOD; AND TO A ‘PLEDGE OF

ALLEGIANCE' THAT AFFIRMS ONE NATION UNDER GOD.

EITHER ALL OF THIS IS FROM THE BEGINNING PURE

AMERICANISM OR WE ARE NOT AMERICANS."

A COMPLETE DEPARTURE FROM AMERICAN PRESIDENCY

To say, "Whatever we once were" is to yank America and her Christian roots out from the soil of history and act like America begins now with Barach Obama.  In fact, that is what he is saying, "Whatever America once was, forget it.  America is now what I make it to be." "Whatever we once were" is both thoroughly un-American and un-Christian. America didn't start with Barach and Michelle Obama but with the likes of President George Washington who on May 12, 1779 said to the Delaware Indian Chiefs:

"WHAT STUDENTS WOULD LEARN ABOVE ALL IS THE RELIGIONOF JESUS CHRIST."

To quote once more from Is God With America on page 188:

"PUBLIC EDUCATION AND CHRISTIANITY WERE SPOKEN IN THE SAME

SENTENCE.  IPSO FACTO! NOT ONLY WOULD THE INDIAN CHILDREN

LEARN CHRISTIANITY IN AMERICA'S SCHOOLS, IT WAS THE

PARAMOUNT SUBJECT IN THE CLASSROOM. PRESIDENT

WASHINGTON PUT IT THIS WAY: ABOVE ALL."

The first president of the United States said about America and Christianity, "Above All!" The forty fourth president says, "Whatever!" 

From America's first president onward to this day, her citizens in the vast majority delighted in confessing their faith in America's God -- Jesus Christ. GOD! What a thoroughly American Name. It was short, easy to spell, and used freely in churches, government and schools. Now under the likes of the ACLU and Barach Obama, it is being considered un-American. Now in the White House a dog on a leash name B0 will replace the God named Jesus Christ in highest office of America. 
  
Barach Obama has as one of his heroes President Abraham Lincoln, no doubt first of all because Abe freed the slaves, but also because Barach is steeped in "Black Liberation Theology." However what "Barach Whatever Obama" doesn't know is what his hero Abraham Lincoln said about the Christian Bible in these words:

"IN REGARD TO THIS GREAT BOOK THE BIBLE I HAVE BUT TO SAY

IT IS THE BEST GIFT GOD HAS GIVEN TO MAN…BUT FOR

                                         IT WE COULD NOT KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG."

INTENTIONAL OR UNINTENTIONAL

The question then remains, "Are Barach Obama's reckless and totally irresponsible and misrepresentative statements simply slothful ignorance, or are they willful and even rebellious, feigned ignorance? Has he in fact rejected historic America based on historic Christianity? I believe so, and that his distortions are indeed intentional!

I am not accusing Barach Hussein Obama of being double tongued, or of fooling us and betraying us with his words. He nor his wife fooled me from the very beginning. Nor am I saying, "I told you so." It was there for all to see and hear all along like a big tongue now hanging out. of Bo's mouth. The Obama's rejections of historic Christian America have been growing for years and years, and every once and a while they just had to pop out of their mouths. But the problem was they could not be heard above the shouts of "Yes We Can" euphoria and of the ever increasing mob mania.

It is not only because of his "Whatever we once were," statement. His wife Michelle dropped an anti-American bomb in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the heat of campaigning when she said, "For the first time in my adult life I am proud of America." Up until her Afro-American husband became a viable candidate for the presidency of the United States, she looked upon American history as a disgrace and a dishonor – nothing to be proud of.

Then recently in his anti-American junket to Europe, he accused America before European leadership of being an arrogant, divisive and derisive nation. Mind you, saying that to the continent which "Haughty America" saved twice from sure destruction! Couch all of that in his many years with his wife and family as parishioners of the America-damning pastor Jeremiah Wright, and we must tremble as we conclude that Barach Obama is neither a patriotic American nor a Biblical Christian. For what his statement means is this:

"WHATEVER AMERICA ONCE WAS, I GUARANTEE YOU, I WILL SEE TO

IT THAT IT WILL NEVER, EVER BE THAT AGAIN."

While at the very same moment every committed American Christian today is trying to bring America back to what she once was when God's laws, God's Word, God's Christ and Godly prayers were the American public heartbeat and conversation.

Obama's statements also make a mockery of America's brave fighting forces who for 2,033 years have been fighting for, defending and dying for what America once was and, up until secular liberals like Barach Obama have sickened America spiritually and morally, always has been. Tens of thousands of their graves are marked by crosses, each one of which Obama's comments spits on.

And only because of America's brave fighting forces over 2000 years can Barach and Michelle eat hot fudge sundaes in peace and security in the White House, go bowl a game or two, and then go walk Bo and have a romping good time. Only because of "Whatever America Once Was" can the Obama's have and enjoy what they are and have now.

OUT OF THE HEART THE MOUTH SPEAKS

Jesus spoke some powerfully revealing words in Luke 6:45 about man's heart and mouth,

"For his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart."

What causes people's mouths to be like a raging river, overflowing and bursting its banks? What causes their mouths to huff and puff in a torrent of purple prose like we have seen in Pastor Jeremiah Wright and now beginning to snort and snarl from the Obama's oral cavities? It has only just begun, and we haven't heard or seen anything yet. Mark my words! The Lord tells us – from critical and angry hearts flow critical and angry words. In their case, verbally sniping and stabbing in the back the very country that blindly, worshipfully and so tragically put them in the White House.

Obama went on to say to the Turkish Parliament these false and most disturbing words:

"WE WILL CONVEY  OUR  DEEP APPRECIATION FOR THE ISLAMIC FAITH, WHICH

HAS DONE SO MUCH OVER THE CENTURIES TO SHAPE THE WORLD -

INCLUDING IN MY OWN COUNTRY."

America has not been shaped by Islam. Such a statement is designed to deny and distort America's thoroughly Christian heritage. Allah has not shaped America, though his demonically possessed followers  are trying to destroy America. Jesus Christ has birthed and shaped America,  and we pray that He will reshape her by His Word and Spirit again. So that what America once was she can and must gloriously be again. Or as the old hymn puts it:

"GLORY, GLORY HALLELUJAH; GLORY, GLORY HALLELUJAH,

GLORY, GLORY HALLELUJAH, HIS TRUTH IS MARCHING ON"

Some one has to inform Barach Obama that "HIS" does not mean Allah, nor does "Truth" mean the Koran. Rather it means the God and Father of the Lord Jesus Christ and His Word-The Bible upon Who and Which America was founded and marches on through history to conquer for the cause of righteousness and freedom across the world.
