Bob and Ruth Klingenberg live in Canadian Lakes, MI. They have been married since 1960 and celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary on September 2, 2008. They have  4 children and 10 grandchildren spread across America in Plano, Texas; Hartford, Connecticut;  Golden, Colorado and Grand Blanc, Michigan.  They have two  grandchildren, Casey and Shannon, and a daughter-in-law MaShelle in Heaven.

Bob and Ruth graduated from Holland Christian High School in Holland, Mi in 1958. Bob graduated from Calvin College in 1962 and Calvin Theological Seminary in 1966. He has had senior pastorates in Lamont Christian Reformed Church in Lamont, MI; Faith Christian Reformed Church in Kalamazoo, MI; Wyckoff Christian Reformed Church in Wyckoff, NJ, and Rochester Assembly of God in  Rochester, MI. He was an associate pastor at First Assembly of God in Grand Rapids, MI with Senior Pastor M. Wayne Benson for 12 years.

Bob and Ruth also  conducted guest lectureships at Continental Theological Seminary in Brussels, Belgium and evangelistic crusades in Jamaica, Aruba, Curacao, Germany, Netherlands, England, Slovenia and across America. Bob is a retired evangelist in the Assemblies of God.
